For those of you who don't follow me on Twitter/Facebook or have missed the announcement, those two guys who run The Training Dummies had me back once again as a guest on their podcast! Apparently I'm their first threepeat guest and theirs is certainly the first podcast that I've had the pleasure of being a repeat guest on.
